At Pandora™ PH, we want you to love your jewelry; if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase provided they are in original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Pandora account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the jewelry in its original Pandora packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original sales receipt is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized LBC Express branch or schedule a courier pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
